ForceLink provides secure remote access to authorized office PCs, servers, and NAS devices, including for small businesses without dedicated IT staff. A ForceLink BOX is installed at the office and users receive invitation codes. The standard offering uses a dedicated Windows application; Mac, iPhone, and Android requirements are handled individually.
ForceDrive
ForceDrive helps businesses check recipients, files, and possible personal-information inclusion before sharing files externally. It issues a shared URL after inspection and records operations in an audit log. It is a controlled file exchange service, rather than cloud storage for collaborative editing.

Add network controls or move infrastructure to the cloud
ForceUTM
ForceUTM adds traffic policies and monthly reporting to small and midsize office networks while preserving the existing IP address scheme. It operates between the router and switch as a transparent bridge without an IP address. It does not include file-scanning antivirus, antispam, or inline IPS.
L2 Extension BOX Neo (L2延伸BOX Neo)
L2 Extension BOX Neo helps businesses move servers to the cloud while retaining their existing IP address range. It connects site equipment to the cloud through a VPN and extends the network at Layer 2, supporting AWS, Azure, and OCI. The earlier L2延伸BOX, AWS/Azure BOX, and ワンタッチVPN products are no longer available for new sales.

VoiceLine PBX
VoiceLine PBX is an on-premises IP-PBX for small and midsize businesses that want to retain call recordings and extension settings internally. The compact office appliance is purchased outright, with equipment maintenance under an annual contract. Existing lines, wiring, numbers, and handsets must be checked before deployment.

VoiceLine PBX Cloud provides main-number calling, extensions, transfers, recording, and IVR through a monthly subscription service. It supports businesses using multiple locations, remote work, smartphones, and PC softphones. Confirm the telephone numbers, sites, devices, recording needs, and IVR requirements before proceeding.

VoiceLine Line (VoiceLine 回線)
VoiceLine Line connects Japanese geographic telephone numbers, known as 0ABJ numbers, to a cloud PBX. It supports moving telephone infrastructure to the cloud while retaining fixed-line numbers, subject to confirmation of the intended configuration. It requires a separate cloud PBX service contract and does not operate as a standalone service.

Record calls and review their content
RecordingBOX
RecordingBOX adds call recording without replacing the existing PBX, telephone lines, handsets, or carrier contract, capturing mirrored SIP/RTP traffic and recording individual calls. It can add transcription and summaries where required; line configuration, call volume, and traffic-mirroring feasibility must be checked. Recording alone does not guarantee resolution of problematic behavior.

VoiceLine AI
VoiceLine AI provides AI call assistance, including transcription, summaries, and sentiment analysis of recorded calls. It is an optional feature of VoiceLine PBX Cloud and cannot be contracted separately.

IT Kanshi BOX (ITかんしBOX)
IT Kanshi BOX monitors servers, NAS devices, routers, UTMs, and switches around the clock for offices without dedicated or continuously available IT staff. Installed on the LAN, it combines periodic checks with SNMP Trap and Syslog reception. Monitoring detects and reports faults; it does not prevent them.

Hoko
Hoko provides AI tool execution infrastructure and workspace management. Configurations are designed individually for requirements such as cloud operation, dedicated enterprise environments, and private-network or on-premises deployment.
Tate
Tate is a physical security appliance for AI agent protection. It is currently in hardware validation, with early inquiries accepted for demonstrations and proofs of concept.
AI Sekisho BOX (AI関所BOX)
AI Sekisho BOX is an on-premises AI governance appliance. It is intended for dedicated enterprise use with individual customization.

Closed-Network AI BOX (閉域AI BOX)
Closed-Network AI BOX installs a dedicated GPU server within the customer’s network to provide AI without routing through external cloud AI services. It is a separate product from AI Sekisho BOX; consult its specifications, use cases, and deployment conditions before choosing.
