From network design to AI in daily operations
Forcenet brings together three businesses: network integration, in-house products, and FDE engineering. We work with telecommunications carriers, service providers, enterprises, and small and midsize businesses, adapting the scope to the existing environment and the work it needs to support.

Network integration
Design and construction
We handle WAN and LAN design, firewalls, load balancers, mobile and wireless networks, cloud connectivity, and server and virtualization infrastructure. Our engineers have experience with multivendor environments, including Cisco, Juniper, F5, Fortigate, and HPE equipment.
Work can include requirements definition, site surveys, equipment selection, configuration, installation, cabling, testing, and cutover. We also undertake physical construction in offices, data centers, and telecommunications facilities.
Projects have included enterprise office moves, nationwide firewall deployments, LTE/VoLTE core networks, 5G infrastructure, public cloud connectivity, and equipment verification. The configuration and work scope are defined individually against the customer’s requirements.
Verification and ongoing operation
Our in-house lab includes routers, switches, servers, and virtualization infrastructure. We use physical equipment to check proposed configurations and investigate technical behavior before deployment.
For businesses that need ongoing help, office maintenance support can cover networks, IT equipment, IP telephony, cloud services, and server management. We review the current environment and agree which responsibilities remain with the customer and which we take on.
Office support engagements are based on ongoing monthly maintenance. Initial implementation or server migration under this service is arranged together with maintenance; standalone initial work is not offered through this support arrangement.
In-house products
Voice & telephony
Our telephone products cover office-based and cloud PBX systems, telephone line connectivity, gateways, call recording, and AI call assistance.
VoiceLine PBX keeps the PBX on site. VoiceLine PBX Cloud (クラウド版) supports cloud-based calling. RecordingBOX adds recording to a compatible existing telephone environment. VoiceLine AI is an optional cloud-service feature and cannot be contracted separately.
Network & security
ForceLink supports secure remote access, ForceUTM adds traffic control to an existing network, and ForceDrive controls file exchange with external organizations. L2 Extension BOX Neo (L2延伸BOX Neo) supports network extension into AWS, Azure, and OCI while retaining the existing IP address range.
Tate is a physical security appliance for AI agent protection. It is currently undergoing hardware validation, with early inquiries accepted for demonstrations and proofs of concept.
AI & IT operations
AI Josys (AI情シス) supports companies without dedicated IT staff, while IT Kanshi BOX (ITかんしBOX) monitors office equipment.
Hoko provides AI tool execution and workspace management. AI Sekisho BOX (AI関所BOX) is an individually customized, on-premises AI governance appliance. Closed-Network AI BOX (閉域AI BOX) is a separate product that runs AI within the customer’s network without using external cloud AI services.
FDE engineering
Forward Deployed Engineering is a paid service for putting AI into business operations. Our engineers work with the people using the system, starting with observation of the work and definition of the problem.
The scope can include LLM and AI agent solutions, existing-system integration, network and security design, production implementation, training, procedures, and support for internal operation. Model selection follows the requirements, from frontier models to local LLMs.
Fees are quoted by phase. Before work begins, we agree in words what a meaningful business improvement would look like. During the system-understanding through proof-of-concept phases, customers who do not experience an improvement may request a full refund of the applicable phase’s service fees. Meeting a numerical threshold is not a condition; equipment purchases and other actual expenses are excluded.
