Forcenet Inc. is a technology company based in Shibuya, Tokyo. Founded in August 2010, we design and build networks, develop our own products, and help businesses put AI into daily use. Our work spans telecommunications carrier infrastructure, office networks, business telephone systems, security, and IT operations.
These capabilities sit within the same team. We can consider the network, the product, and the way people will use it together—from the first review of an existing environment through implementation and ongoing operation.
Three ways we support your business
Network integration
We design and build infrastructure for telecommunications carriers, service providers, enterprises, and small and midsize businesses. Our scope includes WAN and LAN networks, firewalls, load balancers, wireless networks, cloud connectivity, servers, and virtualization.
The work includes physical installation: racks, cabling, equipment mounting, configuration, and testing. For an office move, equipment replacement, or additional location, we start by reviewing the current environment and the requirements the new configuration must meet.
In-house products
We develop products across voice and telephony, network and security, and AI and IT operations. They address specific tasks: connecting to an office computer remotely, adding call recording, controlling file transfers, monitoring IT equipment, or running AI within a company’s network.
Some products can be added to existing infrastructure. ForceUTM adds traffic control through a transparent bridge, while RecordingBOX adds recording to a compatible telephone environment. Each has its own deployment requirements and limits.
FDE engineering
Our paid Forward Deployed Engineering service helps businesses move from an AI idea or proof of concept to a system used in everyday work.
Engineers work with you to understand the task, design and implement a solution, connect existing systems, and support adoption. Network, server, and security requirements are considered alongside the AI application.

Business calls and recording
VoiceLine PBX supports an office-based telephone system. VoiceLine PBX Cloud (クラウド版) supports cloud operation, including extensions on smartphones and PC softphones. RecordingBOX adds recording to an existing compatible system, and VoiceLine AI provides AI call assistance as an option for the cloud service.
Access, traffic control, and file exchange
ForceLink provides secure remote access to authorized office resources. ForceUTM adds network traffic policies and reporting. ForceDrive checks outbound file sharing before issuing a shared URL. L2 Extension BOX Neo (L2延伸BOX Neo) extends an existing network into supported clouds while retaining its IP address range.
AI and IT operations
AI Josys (AI情シス) supports IT operations for businesses without dedicated IT staff. IT Kanshi BOX (ITかんしBOX) monitors office IT equipment. AI Portal provides a starting point for discussing Hoko, Tate, and AI Sekisho BOX (AI関所BOX). Closed-Network AI BOX (閉域AI BOX) provides a separate AI environment within the customer’s network.

Engineering experience since 2010
As of May 2026, Forcenet had served more than 500 companies, with over 100 deployments at government organizations and large enterprises. Our experience includes carrier mobile networks, data centers, enterprise offices, and ongoing office IT support.
